Steven Mintz, C.A.
He graduated form University of Toronto in 1989 and went into public accounting, working for Peat Marwick Thorne from 1989 until 1992. He obtained his C.A. designation in June of 1992.
In June 1992 he became employed by Tessis and Partners a boutique bankruptcy and insolvency firm where he was employed until January 1997. He obtained his Trustee in Bankruptcy license in 1995.
Since January 1997 he has been a self-employed financial consultant serving both private individuals and companies as well as public companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, mining, real estate and investment strategies.
In 1999 Mr. Mintz began working on tax and investment strategies with clients and has been working extensively on successful strategies ever since.
He is currently working for St. Germain Capital Corp. as its President.
Mr. Mintz is currently a director Brownstone Ventures Inc. and in the past was a director of Fareport Capital Inc. from 1997 to 2004, Carma Financial Services (now Synergex Corporation) from 1998 to 2000 and of E21 Group (now Green Environmental Technologies Inc.) from 2001 to 2002.
